Refunds & Returns Policy

At Simple Peptides UK, we maintain stringent quality control and chain-of-custody protocols to guarantee chemical stability and compound purity across all research products.

TEMPERATURE & PURITY NOTICE: Due to the chemical sensitivity and cold-chain storage requirements of lyophilized research peptides and sterile reconstitution diluents, opened or unsealed chemical products cannot be accepted for return.

1. 14-Day Return Guarantee for Unopened Outer Packaging

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The tamper-evident outer security seal on the parcel remains entirely intact and unbroken.
  • The product vials have not been exposed to ambient conditions outside recommended storage limits.
  • Return shipping is conducted using a tracked UK service arranged via sales@simple-peptides.co.uk.

2. Damaged or Discrepant Deliveries

In the unlikely event of physical vial damage during transit or order discrepancy:

  • Notify our team within 48 hours of receipt at sales@simple-peptides.co.uk.
  • Provide photographs of the sealed delivery packaging and affected product batch numbers.
  • Confirmed damaged items will be replaced immediately with express UK dispatch at zero extra cost.

3. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days following parcel inspection at our UK warehouse.
